Distributed in the East China Sea and South China Sea in China. Mostly omnivorous, preying on benthic animals such as polychaetes, shellfish, and crustaceans. Lobster contains rich nutritional value, high protein, low fat, and various essential trace elements for the human body, which help stabilize the nervous system and maintain normal organ function.
